Nuestra Belleza Chiapas 2010, was held at the Centro de Convenciones del Polyforum Mesoamericano , Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas on July 27, 2010. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, Grissel Hernández of Tecpatán was crowned the winner. Hernández was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Chiapas titleholder, Claudia Espinoza. Twelve contestants competed for the state title.

Grissel Hernández won the title of Nuestra Belleza Chiapas, giving her the right to represent the state in Nuestra Belleza México 2010, Fernanda Gutiérrez won the title of Nuestra Belleza Turismo México, giving her the right to represent the state in Reina Turismo México 2010 and Esperanza Hilerio won the title as Reina de la Feria de Chiapas.
